Clarissa Torres: she/her/Ella
Teaching Crew

Clarissa identifies as a womyn, mystic, visionary, and devotee of yoga whose passion for life exudes from within. She holds 500 hours of yoga training with additional studies in Trauma-Informed Care & Ayurveda for Women's Health. Additionally she holds a BA from Rutgers University in Sociology & Women Gender Studies.

Clarissa is most inspired by folks on the margin that often feel excluded from wellness spaces. She is committed to using her voice to support the highest good of our collective; particularly those who are systematically oppressed. In communities where folks are often unaware of the importance wellness has on their lives, she seeks to highlight the interconnectedness of well-being, self-actualization, and progressive social change.

Clarissa offers yoga classes to help people better help themselves; to help them remember the essence of who they are.
