Q.Is Humming Puppy ‘hot’ yoga?
A. No, Humming puppy is ‘warm’ yoga. Our shala is a climate controlled 28 degrees celcius and beautifully ventilated for your comfort.
Q.Why do you hum?
A. We hum in order to achieve a specific frequency and vibration (40Hz). Frequencies and vibrations are everywhere and whilst you can't see them, everything around you (including yourself) is actually vibrating in a combination of harmonious frequencies. We like to think of our classes and your practice as another awesome piece of this universal symphony.
