Kyle identifies as a yoga facilitator, eternal student, dancer, creative mind, and a loving soul!
They are deeply grateful for their first yoga class over a decade ago - with such transformative teachings igniting a passion for practice and self-study. Kyle credits Yoga for helping them through injuries and challenging times, beginning their teaching journey at Pure Yoga NYC with Kay Kay Clivio (200hr) and Sonja Rzepski (mentorship) five years ago. Kyle continued to study trauma-informed, adaptive, accessible and size-inclusive 300hr teacher training (Warrior Flow School) - and is a certified ACE personal trainer, pilates instructor and Senior fitness specialist.
Kyle enjoys crafting intentional and balanced classes inspired by their teachers, energetics, dance, alignment, anatomy, grounded in a comprehensive theme. In their own words, Kyle facilitates yoga “to inspire self-discovery, self-acceptance, trust, community, and healing through mindful practice and "Collective Joy"—the scientific study of people moving, breathing, and co-regulating together.”
