Michelle is a yoga teacher, provisional psychologist, and integrative nutrition coach living and learning on the traditional lands of the Wurundjeri peoples of the Kulin Nation.

Having practiced yoga on and off for over a decade, a series of synchronicities led Michelle to take a break from her career in management consulting to dive heart-first into psychology and teaching yoga. This leap of faith transformed, and continues to deepen, her love and reverence for the practice of yoga, mindfulness and breathwork. With teaching certifications with both Byron Yoga Centre (200hr YTT) and Bryony Lancaster (50hr Yin Yoga YTT), Michelle has built a wealth of wisdom across lineages and teaching styles.

Michelle's love for the combination of ancient wisdom, contemporary sciences, community, and connection is felt in each practice. Her light-hearted, curious and compassionate approach to teaching is well-balanced; Michelle favours both a spicy Vinyasa flow AND a nurturing, restorative Yin session that is bound to leave you feeling blissed out.
