My Teaching Style:
I practice and share my love for yoga, meditation, qigong and I draw inspiration from each of these practices in my offering as a teacher. You will expect to find fluid movements combined with detail to healthy alignment, space for inner inquiry, space to be yourself, express yourself and tap into your true inner nature.

We all arrive on the mat in different ways on different ways, so I honour everyone's individuality.

About Me:

I first discovered yoga in 2018 when I was transitioning away from a hectic and stressful career as a trader in the financial markets, into a more heart felt career where I could be of service to others. I was drawn towards the subtle shifts that took place internally during my practice and the radiant feeling that I would walk out with – it was unlike anything I had felt before and it sparked a curiosity within me.

With consistent practice as yogis, we learn to hold this radiant feeling (higher vibrations) throughout our day, irrespective of what life throws at us - to me, this is yoga.

My teachings allowed me to cultivate an embodied understanding of all the layers – from the physical, mental, emotional to the energetic and subtle layers – that a practice of yoga can tap into and help me shift.

My journey through yoga helped me move from my head into my heart and allowed me to open up to a new way of being - thinking, feeling and relating to the world around me. I now live a life I truly love filled with passion, purpose and connection to amazing people and I love that I get to share this with others!

Why I teach yoga
As much as I love the hour or so teaching – I’m a big believer in cultivating what we are taught on the mat and taking that into our daily lives. I infuse yogic philosophy and parts of my own journey of how yoga has helped me off the mat and offer that in my classes so that students can also infuse yoga in their daily lives. That’s where the real teachings of yoga take place.
