Shir identifies as a yoga teacher, personal trainer, professional chef, health coach and real estate agent. She is an entrepreneur, founding both a healthy baked goods company, and a program that offers a large variety of educational courses to children. She is a children's book author. Shir loves to spread her positivity and enhance lives in all ways.
Shir’s yoga practice began as a way to self heal a back injury that left her unable to walk for over a year. After consistent practice Shir has made a full recovery and has fallen in love with yoga. She holds over 500 hours in yoga training. Additionally, she is a certified personal trainer, health coach and has completed the plant-based nutrition program by Cornell University.
Shir's classes focus on Ayurveda, chakra healing, breath-work and storytelling in an effort to bring the body towards a state of balance.
