Summer identifies as an Artist, a Yogi and beach bum from Sydney.
Her background and training are inclusive of The art of energetic assists, Yogic philosophy and theming, Meditation teacher training, the energetic body, and Chakra system studies. Summer’s class offerings are influenced by Yogic philosophy and the subtle body. She believes that ‘we can only connect to others as deeply as we are connecting to ourselves’.
